If you would have told me last week the only game the Gamecocks would win this week would be Lady's basketball, I would have laughed, but unfortunately that was true

Men's Basketball lost to APSU, Tenn St and Presbyterian
Softball lost to SIU-E
Baseball lost to Texas Tech and Michigan, TWICE
W Tennis lost to UAB and mercer
M Tensis to Mercer and Samford
And Lady's Bball lost to APSU

Ugh, lets hope this next week is better for our teams

Baseball losses are disconcerting. I thought we were going to very strong this year. Men's basketball seems to be mailing it in ever since they qualified for the tournament. With the dismissal of Marshall, we may have seen our last win.

We gave up a lot of runs in Lubbock, and went through a lot of pitchers as well. For some reason our Baseball team has always started the season out very slowly, at least for the 11 years I've been following it. Perhaps there is still hope for them.

I agree on basketball, we have won our last game this year. lets hope we don't have many defections during the off season, as our APR can't take anymore hit in basketball.

I'm afraid not having Karla Pittman on the mound is gonna really show this year.
